I've also heard a democratic judge in Wisconsin tell parents that their children belong to the state as well when they filled out their birth certificates and applied for social security numbers. Isn't that appalling? This was in regards to a testing of all students in school and their parents were very upset by this test.

Yes, it is a scary quote. I'm so glad I have chosen to NOT go that route. Our children are to precious.
