MR. BLINKY!
Today, I wanted to show you this cute little tee shirt I came across recently while going through my hope chest. My friend, Connie Padgett, used her computer to make this "iron on" statement. She presented it along with several other pieces of clothing for Baby Shane back in 1997! Here is Shane today holding his tiny little shirt. He thought it was adorable when I showed it to him the other day. You should have heard him cooing and awing over it. It made tears well up in my eyes!

Oh my heart just melted when I saw that pick! Say it isnt so!!! My babies will grow up one day wont they? Love this , too cute!
That picture says a thousand words... I love it!!! It's precious!!! Isn't it amazing to see how fast they grow. I saved some of my older boys' baby clothes and their little brother wears them now. It is so hard to believe they were ever so little, or that my baby will one day be so big!!!
That little t shirt is so cute!
It's amazing how they grow up so fast.
Have a great weekend!
Hugs, Lori
Oh how precious and what a treasure for sure.
Hugs, Lyndy
Oh Pam I love this! How cute. It's so hard to believe that our wee ones grow up:)
Yes, the t-shirt is very cute, indeed! What a nice idea! One of my friends is expecting her second baby in August, it might be a great gift for the newborn saying "I am Erik's little brother (or sister)"
So cute. A picture is worth a thousand words!!

That shirt is so cute. I bet it is hard for him to believe he was ever that little.lol
A great show and tell.
Take care,
Connie
My show and tell is up.
That is a precious picture! Someone made a similar shirt in pink for my daughter when she was born that says, "I drink moo, and then I poo, and that's all I do."
Needless to say she's very embarrassed now when she sees pictures of it. :)
Blessings,
Mrs. C
Oh my, that reminds me of how tiny my daughter was in 1997. She only weighed 4 lbs 8 ozs when she was 2 weeks old and came to live with us straight from the hospital. I was always afraid I would break her, but she's grown into a beautiful young lady. Thank you for sharing and for bringing back that lovely memory.
That is adorable! :)
What a cute photo. They do grow up fast.
Oh oh oh! How precious! That picture alone is worthy of framing. Our littles grow much too fast for our mommy hearts to take. Thank you for sharing.
OH! That is so cute! Babies grow up way too fast!
What a sweet t-shirt! I'm sure it brought back many sweet memories when you came across it. Shane is growing up!
Oh my word!!!!
Now that's an amazing visual! Thanks for having him model his baby shirt!
Dont our kids grow up so fast, and why is it that we forget to enjoy the time we have with them now, and befor long we too are cooing and tearing up to the baby pics and outfits they once wore. ahhhhhhhhhhh
OH, MY!!! Shane probably believes he was NEVER that small!!
He is adorable!! Josh probably believes he was never as small as the pics of him and Shane together!!

Yeah, I think he's a wee bit too big for it now. :)

When I see others pictures...and my own of my grown children...I think how fast time does go.....yes...it is a part of life..sometimes I just wish that I had enjoyed them more....but the Lord has given me grandchildren...ah...ha!

Goodness... now I'm quoting my mom's line!!
awww I can't believe how much he's grown...
I mean, especially after having seen that picture of me, him, and Alex the other day at your house! OH MY GOODNESS!!
Hey Pam, good to "see" you again! How cute is that t-shirt!? My, my, but they do grow, huh?
What a cute picture of him holding his own sweet little shirt. It is hard to believe how fast they grow up!
Hello!
I'm also from sunny Florida too! (Between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.)
Darling shirt, and son!
Katherine
Now that is so cute!
Love the comparison! Time flies...
Thank God for memories. I still have all of my oldest son's Boy Scout merit badges and patches. I enjoy getting them out every so often and just remember.
I'm humming "Memories" right about now.
Hugs!
Kat
LOL...do you mean Mr. Linky??? :)
I'm back! thanks for coming over to Cherish...
You have a new house--How fun!
I went looking for a fabric sample I thought I had for that couch and love seat in our family room. It wasn't where it should have been. The one for the chair was there and couple of other furniture swatches, but not that one. I thought I could send you a piece if I had it. I'll let you know if I find it. We've had that furniture for several year. I don't know if you could still find it. I'm sure there is something similar out there! We have really enjoyed it. Happy looking!
Oh me!!! That is one teenie t-shirt. Its hard to believe any of our kids once wore sizes like that. My youngest girl Michelle swam in preemie size when she was born!!
LOL!! Too cute! What a great find. It IS hard to believe he fit in that once.
Too cute!! My kids were always amazed at how tiny their baby clothes were--they just could not imagine that *they* were once so tiny themselves! : )
That is so precious. I have one of Justin's from when my dad had a lawn service. His business was called "The Mow Man." When they came to visit us in Germany, he brought Justin a onesie that had a little teddy bear on it and mom stitched "Little bitty mow man." Along with it, they brought him a mickey mouse watch so he wouldn't be late for his first job. LOL
Pam, it made tears well up in my eyes also. I love the picture, What memories and what a show and tell. connie from Texas
HIHO!! I'm ba-ack! D'ya miss me?
That's a sweet shirt and (sniffle) oh, how they grow (the kids, not the shirts. The shirts only grow if your husband hangs them the wrong way on the clothesline and stretches them all out.)
Oh yes, I am SO back!
Hey. Stop rolling your eyes.
